Apply an appropriate amount to the scalp and hair before washing. Massage gently using the fingertips and distribute through the lengths and ends.

For normal, dry or combination hair, use three times weekly and leave on for approximately two hours before shampooing.

For oily hair, use twice weekly and leave on for one to one and a half hours before shampooing.

Rinse thoroughly and wash with shampoo.
