• You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Product Condition

• The item must be in its original condition.
• It must be unused, unopened, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
• Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

3. Return Fees

• A return fee of 2 JOD applies for orders within Amman.
• A return fee of 4 JOD applies for orders from other governorates.

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
