Pending status

- means that the order has not been paid online through the website. It may be set as

cash on delivery, and this does not mean that the order is on hold.

Estimated Delivery Time

- within Amman usually takes about 24 hours, and outside Amman about 48 hours. If the

delivery takes longer than this expected timeframe, it may be due to delays in receiving

a specific item from our warehouse that is outside Amman, an incorrect contact

number, or unanswered calls with the delivery guy, etc..

Order modifications

- can only be done by our team. You can send us your order number and the changes, or

we can cancel the order for you, after that you can place a new order as you want.

Product Availability

- To check whether a product is available on our store, you can search for it directly in the

search bar at the top of the page, whether on the app or the website. If it does not

appear in the results, it means it is currently unavailable.

Delivery fees

- inside Amman: 1 JOD for orders under 10 JOD, and free delivery for orders of 10 JOD

and above.

- Delivery fees to Zarqa and Irbid: 2 JOD for orders under 15 JOD, and free delivery for

orders of 15 JOD and above.

- Delivery fees to other governorates: 2 JOD for orders under 20 JOD, and free delivery for

orders of 20 JOD and above

Express delivery -Same day delivery service

- within Amman (except Fridays) is available for orders placed between 8:00 AM and 4:00

PM. The delivery fee is 2 JD, and orders are delivered within 2 to 3 hours depending on

the area.

- It covers 80% of Beauty Box products.

- Please note that this service does not cover some areas on the outskirts of Amman, such

as Sahab, Al-Yadoudeh, Abu Al-Sous, Marka, Jawa, Al-Muwaqqar, Naour, Al-Kamaliyah,

Mahis, Fuheis, and Ain Al-Basha. Delivery to these areas is available with a fee ranging

from 3 to 4 JOD.- For governorates Zarqa, Aqaba, and Irbid, same day delivery is available for orders

placed before 1:00 PM. The delivery fee is 3 JOD.

Restock (product availability)

- Our team works to restock each item about 3-5 days.

- After this period may the item is out of stock from its supplier.

- We continuously restock all items, so please keep checking the website regularly for

updates and availability.

Offers and discount codes

- are regularly posted on our website and on the stories of our social media pages.

- please note that some products are excluded from discounts, such as mother and baby

products and Raghad Organics items.

You can also join our points system to earn a discount code of up to 20% with every

order.

Our points program

- on the website requires you to create an account using accurate information and an

active email address so you can receive notifications. You earn points with every order

(4 points for every 1 JOD spent).You also get 30 points when you write a review on a

products, and you can earn additional points by following our social media accounts.

These points can be converted into a discount code (every 200 points equals 1 JOD off

your order).

Points can also give you a percentage discount, for example:

100 points = 10% discount

200 points = 15% discount

300 points = 20% discount

Exchange Policy

- We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have up to 3 days after receiving

your item to request an exchange.

- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as received

unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that shipping fees

will apply. Additionally, certain items such as lip products, foundation, perfumes,

splashes, and concealers cannot be exchanged. To start an exchange, you must contact

us first. If your request is approved, we will provide you with an exchange shipping label

along with instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back without prior

approval will not be accepted.

- Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect,

contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as

possible.- Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

- Exchanges Process

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once

the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

- We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and inform

you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be

issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take

some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

- Only active on the app and not on the website.

- On every product page, you’ll find a heart icon at the top right of the product image.
